Citizen Service The Heidelberg “citizen’s service“ (Bürgerservice) team are on hand from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday to answer questions about the services of the City of Heidelberg and other Federal and state authori- ties. They can be reached on 06221 58-10580 or 115, the central number for information on any German public authority. The citizens’ service can also connect you to other services as necessary.
